Service Support Specialist for the North American market

In this role you are...

  • Providing assistance on products and services to our internal and external clients
  • Responsible for support tickets (JIRA and salesforce but also via phone, e-mail and chat/screen share)
  • Conducting research to determine the correct answer to customer inquiries
  • Support operations, including administration of CRM tools during down time
  • Initiate occasional outbound contact with carriers and/or customers
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve the quality of our products and services
  • working with a team that is mainly located in Europe (Belgium & Austria) whilst being responsible to resolve issues for our clients across Alpega North America

Requirements

We have a match if you bring/have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • First working experience with technical and/or software applications
  • Demonstrated technical problem solving & being thorough researcher and has business judgment skills 
  • SQL knowledge
  • Ability to retain knowledge of operating systems, procedures (SLAs), customers and the TMS market
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy standards
  • Knowledge of TMS software or a background in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and JIRA or other CRM/ Support Ticketing systems is a plus
