Sales Representative with French

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
- Take ownership of new customers by onboarding and helping them configure their accounts.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for renewing customer agreements. You will lead the renewals process to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
- Gather customer requirements and obtain order information.
- Implement customer development strategies by taking care of the clients in initial guidance, technical support and training services.
- Timely and precise preparation of all plans and reports and monitoring of customer satisfaction.
WE DO HAVE A MATCH IF YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:
- Previous experience working in sales.
- Native French and good level of English or Spanish.
- Resourceful and highly motivated, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Team player able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
- High accuracy standards.
- Experience will Salesforce will be a plus.
