Receptionist (part-time)

At Alpega, we recently moved to our brand-new office and are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Diegem. As our new colleague, you will maintain an excellent working environment and ensure the smooth running of the office.

What can you expect?

  • Manage reception: answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors, managing employees access badges, etc.
  • Prepare meetings: ensure meeting rooms are ready at all times and take corrective actions if needed.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies: raising purchase orders and goods receipt.
  • Report and solve any maintenance / facilities issues.
  • Prepare, process and sort letters, parcels and other related packages.
  • Perform and follow-up on other administrative support tasks as requested.
  • Ensure safety and evacuation procedures are met.
  • Coordinate evacuation exercises in the event of an emergency.


We have a match if you have/are:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative role (a start could also be an option).
  • Warm personality – you provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing and executing simultaneous activities.
  • Passion for helping others and maintaining a positive and safe office environment.
  • Discrete and reliable.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with the willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Good computer skills, with the ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Native Dutch and a professional level of English (written and spoken). French will be highly appreciated.
