Inside Sales Representative (Dutch market)

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

  • Identify opportunities and conduct lead generation by making incoming and outgoing calls to maximize market exposure. 
  • Regular communication with customers, ensuring the frequent and right use of the Freight Exchange platform.
  • Maintain an excellent customer relationship to guarantee retention, avoiding customer churn.
  • Track all relevant activity in Salesforce (including call activity, lead qualification details, lead pipeline, opportunity pipeline, etc.).
  • Collaborate with your team and other departments to share best practices.

Requirements

WE DO HAVE A MATCH IF YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:

  • 2 years of experience working in sales.
  • Native Dutch, and have a good command of English or Spanish.
  • Client focused with strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals are in your Sales DNA.
  • Self-driven, passionate and a strong team player.
