You might be our new Business Development Representative to further build our market presence in logistic Transport Management Systems (TMS) for the Benelux!

Your role

The Sales Development Representative is an important member of our Sales and Marketing organization, playing a critical role in the organization in uncovering and qualifying leads by understanding the prospect’s business challenges and pre-qualifying opportunities by phone, video and email contact. The Sales Development Representative role is focused on generating qualified sales opportunities to drive the pipeline of business for Alpega Group.

Working in collaboration with marketing and sales, the BDR provides first-hand feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts based on experiences with customers and prospects.

  • You have a positive attitude, resilient, team oriented, and a dynamic self-starter who can work independently as well as in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals;
  • You own strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in active listening, and effective telephone/video communication skills;
  • You have excellent Dutch and French language skills, and you are fluent in English;
  • You are a constructive problem solver knowing no organization is perfect so you can make a difference!
  • Ability to qualify, prioritize and objectively review sales leads to generate maximum effectiveness and return on time invested.

Nice to have:

  • Cold calling experience and lead management.
