WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

  • Take ownership of new customers by onboarding and helping them configure their accounts.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for renewing customer agreements. You will lead the renewals process to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
  • Gather customer requirements and obtain order information.
  • Implement customer development strategies by taking care of the clients in initial guidance, technical support and training services.
  • Timely and precise preparation of all plans and reports and monitoring of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

WE DO HAVE A MATCH IF YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:

  • Previous experience working in sales.
  • Native French and good level of English or Spanish.
  • Resourceful and highly motivated, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Team player able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
  • High accuracy standards.
  • Experience will Salesforce will be a plus.
